Single Case Prices

• Single Case: $55

Subscription Packages

• 10 case package = $500 / $50 per case
• 15 case package = $675 / $45 per case
• 20 case package = $800 / $40 per case

Additional option: $20.00 (Additional simulation created from the original photo.)

Close-up: add an additional: $20.00 (No eyes showing in the photo.)

Rush: $25.00 (Same day turnaround.)

Redraw:
There is no charge for a redraw.

Turnaround time & Rush Cases:
Maximum - two business days. With 24 hours notice we will return the case while your patient is in your office at no additional charge. Immediate turnaround without notice - $25.00.
